Several years ago, I decided I had suffered enough.
Life just wasn’t working out for me.
No matter what I did, no matter what I tried, I always seemed to let myself get run over. People took advantage of me (and I let them). I wasn’t happy with my job, my relationships kept falling apart, I was angry and resentful, and the worst part? I had no idea what to do about it.
But I remember the day, in which I made a decision to change, and it turned out to be the turning point of my life.
The decision I made was that no matter what it takes, no matter what circumstances or obstacles got in my way, I was going to turn things around.
I accepted responsibility, from that moment forward, and the decision was made up in my mind, that my life was going to get better.
It is now over 10 years later and I have made so much progress.
I have passion, I feel purpose in my life, and I feel greater in control of my own life. I live in a beautiful area of Portland, Oregon, and I am able to enjoy and appreciate life, instead of complaining and seeing the negative side of things all the time.
So much of what once seemed so impossible is now here for me to enjoy. And it all started with that single decision and commitment to take responsibility and build up a life I wanted for myself.
I write about all these things on this website, for example my article: how to change your life. How to begin believing in yourself. Steps to taking control of your life. How to see that anything is possible, and how to discover your life purpose.
I am now as committed to helping others, as I was to helping myself.
Another decision has been made – I am here for you. I want you to believe that you can do it and I want you to succeed, in every area of your life – especially those areas which you don’t think are even possible.
I can see that I had to go through it all myself, in order to find my own true purpose in life which is to help others in achieving their own potential.
We all have so much power within, to not only improve the quality of our lives, but to make our lives extraordinary.
And so I welcome you to my website. Bookmark it and come back often, or follow me on Twitter or on Facebook.
